Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose and scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER, a company specializing in the sale of online professional training courses, and any person wishing to purchase the products and services offered on the website.

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the terms of sale and supply of services offered by IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER to its customers, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of online professional training courses.

Any order for online professional training implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Article 4 : Order and payment process

  • Add the desired course to the shopping cart;
  • Check the contents of the basket and modify if necessary;

Once the order has been placed, IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER sends an order confirmation email to the customer.

4.2. Payment process

Payment for online professional training courses is made online, at the time of ordering.

The customer guarantees IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen at the time of ordering.
IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER reserves the right to refuse to honor an order or to refuse a transaction if the customer does not comply with these general terms and conditions of sale or if there is a dispute with the customer over payment of a previous order.
The customer acknowledges that the provision of online professional training courses will only begin once full payment for the order has been received.

Article 5 : Training delivery conditions

5.1. Delivery and access to training courses

Training courses are delivered electronically. Once full payment has been received, IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER will add access to the ordered course to the customer's account.

The customer undertakes to provide a valid e-mail address when placing the order in order to receive the connection link to the online training platform.

IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER reserves the right to suspend delivery of the training course if payment has not been made by the due date, or if the customer fails to meet his or her contractual obligations.

5.2 Delivery error or problem

The customer must immediately inform IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER of any error or omission in the delivery of the training by sending an e-mail to the address indicated on the website.

In the event of non-receipt of the training, the customer must contact IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to the address indicated on the website.
IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER cannot be held responsible for delays or defects in delivery attributable to third parties, technical problems or force majeure.

Article 6 : Right of withdrawal and refund

6.1. Legal cooling-off period
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER of his decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to the address indicated on the website.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER undertakes to reimburse the customer for all sums paid, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the notification of withdrawal.

6.2. Application of the right of withdrawal

However, the customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose execution has begun, with the customer's agreement, before the end of the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period. This means that any training begun before the end of the withdrawal period will result in the immediate end of said period, in accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

6.3. Refunds

In the event of interruption of training for reasons beyond the control of IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER, no refund will be made.

No refunds will be made after the end of the course.

Article 7: Obligations of customers and IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER

7.1. Customer obligations
IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER customers undertake to provide accurate and complete information when registering on the company's website. They are also responsible for the confidentiality of their account and password.

Customers must use IGLOBAL LEARNING CENTER's online professional training courses for strictly personal purposes and may not resell, distribute or share them with third parties.

Any breach of the provisions of the present article is likely to engage the customer's civil and criminal liability, and may give rise to legal proceedings.

The present terms and conditions of sale are written in French. Should they be translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
